In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "a444", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the a444 platform, operating under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" refers to the a444 website accessible at a444.cam, including all associated betting, casino, gaming, and account management services made available thereon.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses an a444 account.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created upon successful registration, which holds the User's PKR wallet balance, betting history, bonus credits, and account settings.
• "PKR Wallet" refers to the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a User's a444 account.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to deposited funds held in the PKR Wallet that are not subject to any wagering requirement.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or cashback amounts that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to real money.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any financial stake placed on an event outcome or game result through the Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification, including submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC or equivalent government-issued identification document.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as amended from time to time.

By accessing the a444 Platform, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies incorporated by reference, including the a444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are available on this Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplemental policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplemental policy expressly states otherwise.

a444 reserves the right to require Users to re-accept these Terms following any material amendment. Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an a444 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. a444 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by individuals under 21. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or account suspension imposed by a444 or any other regulated gaming operator.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must maintain only one active a444 account at any given time. The registration of duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited.

a444 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point during the account lifecycle. You agree to submit, within a reasonable time frame specified by a444, any documentation requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to your Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC will result in restriction of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a444 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) using your registered Pakistani mobile number — while not mandatory, a444 strongly recommends 2FA activation.
• Notify a444 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any compromise of your login credentials.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party, including family members. Each a444 account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform on shared or public devices.

a444 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. However, a444 will work cooperatively with you to investigate any reported unauthorized access and will freeze your account upon request pending investigation.

a444 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purportedly from a444 requesting your password should be reported to support immediately and treated as a phishing attempt.

5.1 Deposits. a444 accepts deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed within your a444 account dashboard at the time of transaction. a444 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which a444 accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will, by default, be processed to the same payment method as your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the maximum limits of that payment method.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• a444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that deviate from a User's typical withdrawal pattern. This may extend processing times.
• a444 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Expedited processing requests, where available, may carry a nominal fee disclosed at the time of request.

5.3 Currency. All transactions on the a444 Platform are conducted in PKR. a444 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. Any foreign currency conversion charges incurred at the payment provider level are the User's sole responsibility.

a444 offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to eligible users from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each User is entitled to claim each promotion a maximum of once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the offer terms at the time the promotion is presented.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any Bonus Balance — or winnings derived from Bonus Balance wagers — can be transferred to your Real Money Balance and made available for withdrawal.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the portion of winnings attributable to completed wagering requirements may be transferred to the Real Money Balance.
• a444 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any promotion at any time and without prior notice, except where a promotion is currently being actively used by a User, in which case reasonable prior notice will be given.
• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse bonus terms — including through coordinated account activity, arbitrage betting strategies targeting bonus offers, or use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and may result in account suspension.

Specific promotional terms issued with individual offers (such as PSL-season cricket betting promotions or welcome deposit match offers) take precedence over these general bonus terms where they address the same condition. Where they are silent, these general terms apply.

7.1 General. All bets placed on the a444 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or casino game type. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game or event rules.

7.2 Bet Acceptance. a444 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion, including where:

• The bet is placed on an event with incorrectly displayed odds due to a technical error.
• There is evidence that the User has access to privileged, non-public information related to the outcome of the event.
• The market has been suspended and the bet was placed after suspension but before the system updated.
• The User's account has insufficient real money balance to cover the stated stake.

7.3 Cricket Betting. Cricket betting at a444 covers all formats including PSL franchise matches, international Test series, T20Is, and ODIs. In-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds movements and may be suspended without notice during critical moments (e.g., wickets, power play transitions, DLS calculations). Bets accepted before a suspension event that had already occurred but had not yet been registered by a444's data feed will be voided and stakes returned.

7.4 Live Casino. Results of all live casino games at a444 are determined by physical outcomes (e.g., card dealing, roulette wheel spin) conducted by licensed live dealers in certified studios. These games use independently certified equipment and are subject to external audit. a444 accepts no liability for outcomes that a User perceives as unfair where independent audit confirms correct equipment operation.

7.5 Slot Games. All slot games on the a444 Platform use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel. RTP percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct in connection with the a444 Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, harvest data, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion intended to manipulate the outcome of any event on which bets are offered.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void. Users who discover a bug are obligated to report it to a444 support immediately.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the a444 Platform or PKR Wallet.
• Engaging in any activity intended to harass, abuse, or intimidate a444 staff, support agents, or other users.
• Attempting to circumvent any account restriction, self-exclusion, or suspension imposed by a444.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing any a444 account, or offering such transactions to other parties.

a444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. a444 recognises that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings from your account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session termination after a defined period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose in a given period. Once reached, further wagering is blocked until the period resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the a444 Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the selected exclusion period (minimum six months). Any attempt to re-register during an active self-exclusion will result in immediate closure of the new account.

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, software, databases, and other intellectual property on the a444 Platform are the exclusive property of a444 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any a444 intellectual property.

You are permitted to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, publish, broadcast, or distribute any part of the Platform's content without a444's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use a444's trademarks or logos in any manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement by a444 without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a444's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your a444 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

a444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if a444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

a444 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. a444 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where operationally practicable.

12.1 By a444. a444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and with immediate effect where:

• There is a suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Regulatory requirements, anti-money laundering obligations, or licensing conditions require account restriction.
• a444 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory authority, or law enforcement agency.
• The User's conduct poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other users, or a444's operational or reputational interests.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms breach by the User, any Real Money Balance remaining will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable time frame. Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, a444 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

12.2 By the User. You may request closure of your a444 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

a444's collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data in connection with your use of the Platform is governed by the a444 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the a444 Privacy Policy.

In summary, a444 collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, customer support, and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and gaming license requirements. a444 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. a444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via in-platform notification or SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or by a444's licensing authority, in which case the amendment will take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the a444 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page and is identified by the version number and effective date displayed in the header.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which a444 holds its international gaming license.

In the first instance, disputes should be raised with a444's customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within ten (10) business days. If the matter cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through direct support, you may escalate the dispute to the applicable dispute resolution body designated by a444's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is urgently required to prevent imminent harm or irreparable damage.
